Chris Spicer has been leading the development of web mapping applications and services over the last 8 years with the Provincial Government.  Over that period, he has played a lead role in the expansion of the Internet Mapping Framework and assisted in the development of several key GeoBC service offerings including iMapBC, Mineral Titles Online and the GeoBC Gateway project.  He has an MSc in Environmental Science from the University of Northern British Columbia, and a BSc in Geography from the University of Victoria.
