SPONSOR REGISTRATION:
To register your organization as a sponsor for the next URISA BC event, please email sponsors@urisabc.org for details and a link to our current registration page.
Sponsorship includes 1 complimentary pass to the event. After you have purchased your sponsorship level, please register the complimentary attendees at the Attendee/Sponsor Registration Page. When registering, choose the Sponsorship Registration option. You can register both attendees at the same time or return at a later date to register additional complimentary attendees. Remember, only 1 complimentary attendee per sponsorship.
SPONSORSHIP OPTIONS:
- Your company name and logo (linked to your website) will be added to the URISA BC conference web page. Links will be removed 2 weeks after the conference.
- Includes option to bring a company banner (standard vertical standing banner) that will be placed within our exhibit hall.
- Includes option to participate in the vendor fishbowl door prize (see below for details).
- You will receive 1 free pass to the event.
- Sponsorship includes 1 complimentary pass to the event. If further representatives of your company would like to attend, please register them as paying attendees on the event registration page using the following link – URISA BC – General Registration for April 11
Vendor Fish Bowls:
- Each booth/sponsor will be given a fish bowl (or equivalent) that they can use to collect business cards.
- Throughout the day, attendees will drop their business cards in the bowls to enter a draw for prize(s) supplied by the sponsors.
- After the last presentation, the sponsor will be asked to come on stage and a random draw will take place.
- The winner must be PRESENT, and if not, a new name will be drawn.
Vendor Booth Inclusions:
For booth sponsorships, the following vendor amenities are available:
- Includes a six foot table (with table cloth) **
- Includes electricity
- Includes two chairs
- Internet access (available for a charge)
** There is room for a small display between the table and the wall.

URISA BC events have been extremely successful over the years thanks in part to many incredibly supportive sponsors. Previous event sponsors have come from every facet of the technology landscape including local, and international hardware vendors, software vendors, and consulting firms.
