CANCELLATION POLICY

URISA BC recognizes that on occasion plans change and individuals registered for our events may not be able to attend. However because URISA BC must make financial commitments prior to the event for meals and space, we have a cancellation policy. All registrants for an event who do not cancel at least two weeks prior to the event will be expected to pay their registration fee in full whether they attend the event or not. This policy applies regardless of when the registration on our site takes place. To cancel your registration, you must send an email to registration@urisabc.org. We will respond to your email indicating whether your cancellation has occurred by the cancellation deadline and whether fees are still payable. URISA BC appreciates your understanding.
